fullcircleHR is led by Heather Sullivan, a strategic and seasoned People leader with over 25 years of People & Talent expertise in rapidly expanding companies domestically and across the globe. She has built and led the in-house HR and Recruiting functions from seed through hypergrowth, growing companies organically and through M&A, and has a deep passion for creating an amazing employee experience. Heather has held Chief People Officer roles in startups including Discord and ChargePoint, and senior leadership positions at SamsungNEXT, Comcast, and Warner Bros Discovery. She has a proven track record of scaling organizations and is passionate about building high-performing companies. Now she advises CEOs, People Leaders, and VCs and helps scaling startups build a strong People foundation, create kick-ass employee experiences, avoid expensive mistakes, and plan for the future. She has assembled a team of consultants with deep functional expertise to provide “stratactical” (aka strategic and tactical) guidance across all facets of People & Talent.
